One substrate supplier said it has secured full support from Grace Fabric, a Chinese low-CTE glass supplier, and that sampling and qualification are currently proceeding at full speed.
The company expects to receive samples from Grace Fabric in 4Q25 and anticipates receiving CCLs (copper-clad laminates) using Grace Fabric’s low-CTE glass in 1Q26.
